SHIPPING POLICY

The cost of shipping within New Zealand is charged at a flat rate of $10.00. Rural delivery is an additional $4.00. Orders are sent by tracked courier (signature required). Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days (rural deliveries may take an additional 24 hours).

Update: given the general disruptions in shipping due to Covid-19, there may be delays that are outside of our control.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in good condition. However, if damage has occurred to our OA products in transit, please contact us at info@oamaruapothecary.co.nz and we will resolve this for you.
